As part of Scotland’s Climate Week, we are delighted to be hosting one of our ever-popular Zero Waste Cooking Classes! The workshop will look at how to reduce waste the kitchen and, through cooking with seasonally appropriate ingredients will offer an opportunity to have fun whilst we reduce waste!

Have you ever wanted to learn more about how you can tackle food waste from your very own kitchen? Perhaps you’ve wanted to know how you can make the ingredients you buy go further? Maybe your kitchen has been cluttered with GLUT and you want to know how to use up spare ingredients?
