Come along to spend a warm September morning / a cosy evening with Leaves and Snails! Drink tea, talk, connect and create! During the workshop you will: • taste some ready herbal tea blends • talk about what leaves you can use for your home infusions • practice leaf hand rolling • learn about stages of leaf fermentation • talk about properties of some leaves and herbs • blend your own personal infusions to take home.
