Come learn about fungi identification and biology with the Secret Garden Society and lecturer from the School of Biological Sciences Vasilis Kyparissis!
Learn, forage, then eat the fungi you find, and you might even get some Two Racoons fruit wine.Â
The itinerary goes as follows; everyone will meet at 8.00 am in the Secret Garden, walk together to Union Square Bus Station and take the bus no. 201 to Banchory (or you can meet them at 9am directly at the bus station). You'll do the foraging and then take a wee lunch break. You'll then take the bus back, walk to the Secret Garden and cook a lovely meal with the mushrooms foraged and enjoy this amazing food alongside wine from Two Raccoons and a bunch of lovely people!
Please note that for health and safety reasons every participant will have to sign a disclaimer form.
